A year ago, I was just like many of the girls I now coach — wanting to feel more confident, happier, and comfortable in my own body. Over the past year, I lost 17 kilos and completely transformed my lifestyle.
I'm now an Exercise Scientist with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, but my biggest lesson didn't come from textbooks. It came from living the journey myself.
