I've been exactly where you are right now.

A year ago, I was just like many of the girls I now coach — wanting to feel more confident, happier, and comfortable in my own body. Over the past year, I lost 17 kilos and completely transformed my lifestyle.

I'm now an Exercise Scientist with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, but my biggest lesson didn't come from textbooks. It came from living the journey myself.

Through consistency, discipline, and the support of the people around me, fitness helped me build confidence, structure, and a clearer vision for my life. There were no shortcuts — just a goal, belief in myself, and showing up every day.

I used to feel overwhelmed trying to figure out protein as a vegetarian. This made it so simple and gave me meal ideas I actually enjoy. I've gained muscle, lost fat and my energy levels are so much better.

I joined because I wanted to lose weight, but I ended up gaining so much confidence. I'm stronger, my body is more toned, and I finally understand how to eat properly in a much healthier way.
